This Starbucks is in a great location and Coffee is great. I alwsys get coffee Frapuccino. However it smells horrible inside, I tried to come and work inside and after 5 min I end up leaving because I can’t stand it. I hope they take care of it soon since staff is great, great location and great baristas.
I don’t usually go to this Starbucks often but I had just went there today and the food and drink I received was amazing and the customer service was some of the best service I’ve received. Especially the lady at the window, I think her name was Julia(sorry if I got the name wrong). She was incredibly nice and was genuinely very helpful . I will definitely be going back there very soon!!!

Pretty nice Starbucks location with really nice and helpful staff. Most of the time when I come it’s not too busy and I get the mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher drink that I order on the app and pick it up as soon as I arrive to this Starbucks location.
We had some time to spare before catching a flight back home to Texas. This location was clean, bright, and inviting. The tables and seating arrangements were perfect for working away from home. Liz (shift supervisor) was absolutely outstanding. She knows how to make a customer feel like Starbucks is their third place. Great job Liz. You are a wonderful ambassador for Starbucks!
I'm so excited to see a Starbucks near the Louis Joliet mall. The store is still fairly new but the baristas have been consistent and friendly since day one. I am always greeted with a smile and feel very welcomed when walking in or going through the drive through. Shout out to the manager who has done a great job with their staff. A smile goes a long way.
Nice Starbucks location with seating outside the front, was not too busy since it was early Saturday morning but the drive through line be full, I tried the pineapple Lemmon and it was definitely good, the employees are very nice and polite as well.
